My client who is based in North Nottingham are recruiting for a 1-1 teaching assistant, to work with a child in Year 5. Who has ASD and ADHD and is significantly below age related, with very poor social skills?
Pay rate - £63.51-£75 per day depending on experience
The ideal candidate will be:
* Level 3 qualified
* Experience of working with children with SEND
* Experienced supporting school pupils or young people
* Knowledgeable about supporting vulnerable pupils autism
* Available from March fulltime with a DBS on the update service or willing to complete one
* Able to commit long term to the school and pupils for continuity
* Team Teach/MAPA trained
* Counselling/Psychology background a bonus
* Experience of working with challenging behaviour
* Nurturing and caring
