SANZA Teaching Agency are currently supporting a lovely mainstream 2-form entry primary school in Harrow. They are seeking a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a child in year 2. The child has Autism (moderate). The child struggles with communication and can have emotional outbursts.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate:
- Must have a genuine desire to support vulnerable young children
- Must be active and physically able
- Must be proactive and able to use initiative
- Would ideally have experience working with special needs
- Have an understanding of positively support students with Autism
- Be able to build positive relationships
- Genuinely care about supporting teaching, learning and young people with special needs
- Be kind and empathetic
