Starting in September 2024, they are looking to appoint a Senior English Teacher or 2iC to support the HOD and take the department to new heights!

About the Role - Senior English Teacher / 2iC English Teacher - St Albans, Hertfordshire

• As a 2iC English Teacher / Senior English Teacher you will support the Senior Leadership Team and carry responsibility for data, tracking and attainment. With scope for growth and TLR's available the school is open to Teachers of varying experience who share the schools ambition and drive to help every pupil succeed.
• The school are also keen for applications from staff who're in the early stages of their career and keen to progress up the ladder.
• All applications will need to demonstrate the ability to support, develop and progress your pupils and the English department.
• The school and SLT provide you unrivalled support, development and training. This role is a post with quick progression onto HOD and with the ability to really create a name for yourself in a well known school. Salary is negotiable based on the skill set and experience the successful candidate brings.
