Tradewind are currently looking to recruit a Year 4 Class Teacher to work full time at a school in Salford, Walkden (M28)

-Hold QTS or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
-Have at least 2 years' experience as a Year 4 Class Teacher.
-Be confident in their use and understanding of Phonics and the KS2 National Curriculum.
-Possess the drive and determination to make a difference to their pupils' education.
-Be passionate about their own professional development.
-Be keen to work as part of a growing and dynamic workforce.
Sound familiar? Then we have the ideal position for you. Our client is a 2-form entry school and are looking for a qualified and experienced Year 4 Class Teacher to join their amazing staffing establishment.
The core duties of this Year 4 Class Teacher role are:

*Take responsibility for teaching a class of 28 Year 4 children.
*Manage pupil progress socially and academically whilst tracking the progress of individual pupils within your class.
*Plan and teach engaging lessons
The school has approximately 500 pupils. They offer 60 places in our Reception and 60 places in our Nursery.
This Salford, Walkden (M28) has 70 staff comprising teachers, learning support staff, office staff, caretakers, cleaners, kitchen and lunchtime staff. All members of staff, pupils and their parents/carers form a valuable part of this school community and work together to achieve the best outcomes for everyone. 47 languages are spoken by the school population and 50 ethnicities are represented.
In September 2012, we became an Academy and joined Salford Academy Trust, a partnership between Salford City College, Salford University and Salford City Council. The aim of the partnership is to work together to create lifelong learning opportunities for all of our community.
