Are you a pastoral behaviour mentor who have a natural talent to enthuse and inspire disengaged learners? Do you have youth work experience? Academic mentoring experience?
Do you have a support role background improving pupil behaviour, engagement, attendance, well being and mental health? Are you an inspirational, engaging coach?

The role is a year contract and is primarily based within Leicester secondary schools. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role within an inspirational project and will utilise a range of motivational interventions.

The position is full time and commences in August 2019.
The ideal candidate will hold a full driving licence and be able to commute between schools.

Suitable candidates will have:


- A natural ability to empower and enthuse young people

- A passion for promoting inclusion, respect, team work and ambition

- Strong experience working with secondary aged pupils

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work with disengaged learners and respond with motivational and inspiring techniques

- Awareness of social emotional mental health, wellbeing and confidence
