As an Admin & Reprographics Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our school's administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Reprographics: Manage all aspects of the reprographics department, including photocopying, printing, and binding, to support teaching and administrative staff with high-quality materials.

  2. Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and document organisation, to facilitate the school's day-to-day operations.

  3. Communications: Handle both incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and courtesy.

  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all school data is up-to-date and accessible when needed.

  5. Front Desk Duties: Welcome visitors, students, and parents to the school, directing them as necessary and maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area.

  6. Assist in Events: Support the planning and execution of school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences, ensuring they run smoothly.


To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting, is essential.

  • DBS on the Update Service: You must possess a valid DBS check registered on the update service or be willing to obtain one before starting the role.

  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff, students, parents, and visitors effectively.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in standard office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced school environment.

  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff members to support the school's objectives.
