The environment carries out meticulous assessments in an effort to really know and understand the needs of every boy and works with community and family to deliver a curriculum that is varied, stimulating and sympathetic to the complex needs experienced by the children.
The successful applicant must;
*Wish to deliver and facilitate dynamic, creative and active lessons to keep pupils engaged
*Be familiar with alternative provisions and how they run
*Have the ability to form trusting, stable relationships with emotionally volatile pupils
*Maintain and further develop the partnership between the setting and its parents/carers
*Be an advocate for promoting the safeguarding of children
The role will involve the direct teaching and responsibility for delivering a cross-curricular programme with reference to the national curriculum and programmes of study. Each Keystage has excellent support in the form of LSAs and Behaviour Mentors.
The location is very desirable with tube and bus links within comfortable walking distant. There is also parking should the successful applicant wish to drive.
Expert management and teaching of behaviour is routinely enforced to facilitate high quality learning experiences and promote positive speech, language & communication within schools ground and also with the community.

*Full QTS or UK equivalent to teach
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
