Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a school in South East Essex who are seeking a full-time Art and Photography teacher to join their welcoming team from next term. The school is now part of a highly successful and supportive Trust with all schools being rated as 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. Since the amalgamation the school has significantly improved in a short space of time, with compliments coming from staff, students and parents. For the right person wanting to make a lasting difference, this would be a very exciting time to join the school and be part of their journey. The role will either be on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis.

The successful teacher will be expected to teach general Art to KS3 and Photography up to KS5. They can consider applications from strong NQT's, those with experience and those who are trained overseas. This is a great chance to join a dynamic school and work alongside a hard-working and supportive team of staff. This position would suit a passionate, dedicated and motivational Art and Photography teacher eager to achieve.

The successful Art and Photography teacher will be:
Able to confidently teach inspiring lessons up to GCSE and A Level and ideally have a proven track record of successful exam results.
A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of their lessons through creative approaches to the curriculum.

To be successful in this Art and Photography teaching role you will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
