About the School - Assistant Head Teacher - Enfield, North London

*This new school due to open in September replaces the current failing school which is currently underperforming and badly failing its students. The incoming MAT has a track record of turning around challenging schools, quickly, efficiently and with excellent results.
*Behaviour, attainment and attendance are all poor. These three areas will be the starting point for drastic changes to be made and the focus will be on setting high expectations in all areas.
*The school will be invested in heavily in all areas. A major refurbishment programme begins in the summer term, teaching and learning will be improved drastically, and classrooms will be fully resourced.

About the Role - Assistant Head Teacher - Enfield, North London

*The school is looking for a minimum of two AHT's. They are happy to see applications from those who hold a similar post and from highly experienced taking the next step in their careers. The posts are open to teachers from all subject backgrounds.
*Any successful leader must be an exceptional teacher in the first instance. Able to teach inspiring lessons that show good outcomes with consistent behaviour management, the incoming AHT's will be keen to share their knowledge with colleagues.
