*Located in Enfield, North London the school has its own purpose-built campus with excellent facilities. The school has an excellent sixth form which attracts students from other schools in the borough.
*To achieve the next Ofsted level of outstanding the school is looking for a Senior Leader to join in the capacity of AHT who will focus on Teaching across the school. The aim will be to help the current teaching staff develop their teaching practice to achieve consistently good or outstanding lessons.
*This role will also be to look at the learning that is taking place daily and how well the current curriculum meets the needs of the pupils. Assessment of data will be a large part of this post so someone with previous experience in this area will be required.

*This post calls for an outstanding teacher from any subject who can prove that they have had a strong impact on helping students from a variety of backgrounds to make sustained progress.
*The school is open to seeing applications from those who are current senior leaders and from highly experienced teachers who have held significant middle leadership experience, ideally as a Head of department.
*Although not essential any teacher that has already achieved or is working towards the NPQSL will hold significant advantage.
*The role will require someone who has excellent communication skills and can support the needs of a variety of characters across a whole range of subjects.
*This role will come with significant support, development and further training opportunities. Carer progression will be based on performance.
