Assistant HR Manager

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a knowledgeable, experienced Assistant HR Manager to join outstanding and successful secondary school in Brent, commencing ASAP. This is a full time, long-term position, until the end of the second term in the first instance, paying up to £170 a day.

To join us and be successful in this Assistant HR Manager role, you will need to:

• Hold a CIPD or equivalent certification
• Experience of dealing with generalist HR matters within the Education sector
• Have 1-3 years' experience of HR / long term planning
• Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Provide a CV with a minimum of 10 years employment/employment history included and any employment breaks must be explained
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
