Are you a skilled and organised individual with a passion for education? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Attendance Office / Administrator for a Secondary PRU in Preston.

Dynamic and supportive educational environment

Committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for students

Working Hours: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: Paid to scale £21118 pro rata

Contract Type: Temporary to permanent basis

Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:

As the Attendance Office / Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and monitoring student attendance records
  • Providing administrative support to the school's office
  • Collaborating with teaching and support staff to ensure a smooth operational flow
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Engaging with parents and guardians to address attendance-related matters

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with school systems and procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
