Role Overview: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and nurturing space for students who may face behavioral difficulties. Your responsibilities will include:

๐Ÿ“Œ Behavioural Support: Work closely with students, providing guidance and strategies to manage their behavior positively and engage in the learning process.

๐Ÿซ Exclusion Unit Supervision: Oversee and support students within the exclusion unit, ensuring a respectful and inclusive atmosphere conducive to growth and development.

๐Ÿ“š Academic Encouragement: Foster a love for learning by motivating and encouraging students to participate in educational activities.

๐Ÿ‘€ Campus Monitoring: Ensure the safety and security of the school campus by actively observing and addressing any potential issues.

๐Ÿค Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavior management plans.

What We're Looking For: ๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications: A degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a genuine passion for making a difference are equally valuable.

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and parents.

๐Ÿงก Empathy: An empathetic and patient nature to understand and support students facing behavioral challenges.

๐Ÿ“… Availability: Full-time availability during school hours is required.
