We're supporting a local school within the Hull area to raise attainment for pupils in their school environment.The role is full time and to start in September. The role will include:

- Supporting pupils in crisis through de-escalation techniques
- Supporting staff and students 1:1 within the classroom
- Developing coping strategies with learners that have SEMH

The school has excellent faculties and is part of a successful MAT.The school works in partnership with mainstream schools and maintains a continued relationship with behaviour leads in partnered schools. The staff have access to excellent career progression throughout the MAT and they truly invest in their staff. Pay for this role is negotiable dependant on experience.
