A school based on the outskirts of Leicester are looking for a team-teach / Mapa qualified Support Assistant to join their team. The school is for primary pupils with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. The post requires an individual who is able to work as part of a team, support the class teacher, and manage negative behaviour effectively through de-escalation techniques.

The position is on a supply basis with the potential for a long-term contract. You will enjoy support and guidance from a friendly team who work together and aim to give the best possible educational experience for their students.

The post is very rewarding and is ideal for people who have SEND experience who are looking to take their next step.
