About the School - Biology Specialist Teacher - Wandsworth, South West London

The School is looking for a motivated and inspiring teacher to complement their excellent Science Department Team as a Specialist Biology Teacher. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of teaching across Key Stage 3 - 5 in a UK secondary school and the motivation and ability to raise attainment through quality teaching strategies and through the use of effective assessment. The school welcomes applications from all types of teachers and is supportive of teachers with disabilities. Head of Subjects hold regular CPD sessions to ensure that subject knowledge it up to date and as relevant as possible. The school is set in attractive grounds with excellent facilities. Access is good by road and rail services.

*Teach students according to their educational needs
*Ensure high quality teaching experiences that incorporate ICT, Literacy and Numeracy skills
*Setting and marking of class and home work
*Assess record and report on student progress and attendance
*To provide pastoral support to your tutor group
