Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a teacher of Business Studies and Computing to work on a full-time basis. The role is to provide long term, ongoing sickness cover for the majority of the Autumn term at least teaching up to KS4. Depending on the teachers recovery and how well the assignment goes, there could well be an opportunity to extend or even made permanent.

The Secondary School has recently moved into a brand-new building boasting state of the art resources and facilities. Based in West Essex, it is easily accessible from Hertfordshire and parts London with onsite parking available for staff.

The classrooms are well resourced, allowing teachers to plan creative lessons that inspire their pupils. The SLT will offer the successful candidate great support and continual CPD. Members of staff work collaboratively at the school, they are determined to continue to build on their recent improvements and provide a positive experience for their students.

The successful Business Studies and IT Teacher will be:
Up to date on the KS3 and KS4 Business and Computing National Curriculum, ideally with a record of achievement.
A committed teacher, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
Able to make effective assessments to plan for the next step in the pupils' development.
Creative in the planning and delivery of their lessons.
A good communicator who can build relationships with all pupils and maintain suitable behaviour.
