Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a medium sized secondary school in the Basildon district who are seeking a Business and Economics Teacher to join their welcoming team. The school is able to consider applications from NQT's and those with experience. The successful candidate will be expected to plan and teach inspirational lessons to GCSE Business students and Economics at KS5.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic school and work alongside a hard-working and supportive team of staff. This position would suit a passionate, dedicated and motivational Business/Economics teacher eager to achieve. The successful Business Studies and Economics Teacher will be:
Able to confidently teach pupils up to GCSE and A level with a proven track record of successful exam results.
A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of their lessons through creative approaches to the curriculum.

To be successful in this Business and Economics Teaching role you will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
