Tradewind are looking to recruit an outstanding Business Studies & Economics Teacher who can teach GCSE, A Level & BTEC Business Studies & Economics.
We are looking an inspiring and engaging Teacher of Business Studies & Economics Teacher to develop pupils to become independent, critical and reflective thinkers. You will be able to promote the understanding of how business and economics impacts the world in which we live. The curriculum will develop the understanding and analyse their knowledge of a range of contemporary, local, national and global issues and look at a range of different perspective of different groups in relation to business and economic activities. Throughout the year you would deliver lessons on business enterprise, business ethics and sustainability, financial risks & rewards, national and international economics.
This client has high expectations for pupils' behaviour. Pupils' behaviour around the school and in lessons is excellent. Pupils are rightly proud of their school and their achievements. The behaviour of pupils is outstanding. SLT and teachers put a great deal of support in place for these pupils.
This client looks for Teachers who have excellent subject knowledge and they use this skilfully to facilitate pupils' learning. You will be able to give pupils expert advice about how to improve their work. Pupils act on this advice and make outstanding progress. Pupils really enjoy their learning because of this positive learning environment. Progress 8 is well above average. There is a well-thought-out curriculum which enables pupils to achieve outstanding results in public examinations. You will e well prepared for lessons and set clear and interesting tasks You recognised and value any positive contribution you made by individual students and reward for good behaviour, effort and high-quality work.
Based in Islington there are parking restrictions, but the school is located a short walking distance from a local tube and train station. Centrally located, inner London, it is easily accessible form most locations in London.
