Tradewind Recruitment are looking for an experienced Teacher of Business Studies who would be looking for a role with responsibility to join them on a full time basis from April 2021. This is a 'good' school based Lambeth. They are currently recruiting for a Business Studies Teacher to join them in from the summer term for a full time post and as Business Studies Teacher join the headteacher to be part of the journey to shape and develop the academy and realise their ambitions in building an outstanding school.

This client has high expectations of all students and they have a very clear behaviour management system across the school to allow our staff to concentrate on what they do best: teaching. This Academy was judged as 'good' by Ofsted in 2017, and now striving to be 'outstanding' in every category.

The school are looking for someone to provide outstanding teaching and learning of Business Studies to secure high attainment of their students You will be able to also engage effectively with other members of the department on their journey from good to outstanding

You will be responsible for providing a nurturing classroom and school environment that helps students to develop as learners. You will be required to plan, resource and deliver lessons that allow stimulating and enjoyable learning to take place. You will ensure all students are given quality feedback in order to make rapid and sustained progress and also contribute to the development of sound numeracy skills for all students

As with any teaching role you will also be asked to take on board other various responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department and undertake professional development and appraisal

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a qualified Business Studies with QTS or QTLS and experience in teacher Keys stage 4 & 5 is essential. The client is ideally looking for someone who has experience of raising attainment in a challenging classroom environment. You can provide evidence of continually improving the teaching and learning of their subject though classroom delivery, schemes of work and extra-curricular activities. You will have experience of teaching students of all abilities across key stages.

This client assesses students' academic progress regularly. Accurate and thorough assessment is essential to ensure that students are placed in the most suitable groups with appropriate challenge and support.

This is a good school who are in the London Borough of Lambeth who are service with great transport links. The school is linked by many bus routes and walking distance from both train and tube station.
