The Manchester Primary team are currently looking for an exceptional Candidate Consultant, an individual who is looking to enter the world of education recruitment.
Education recruitment is exciting and rewarding. We provide schools with the very best teachers and support staff across Greater Manchester. The candidates we recruit are in schools teaching and supporting potential future leaders of this country! We have a really responsible job to ensure that schools receive the best teachers and those teachers deliver the best education to children. It's as simple as that.
So.. What are we looking for? We are looking for a Candidate Consultant to join our experienced and very successful Primary Teachers team.
The role
As a Candidate Consultant your role is vital in supporting your team in recruiting the very best Teachers in the market. Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Resource, recruit and undertake registration interviews for outstanding candidates from the education sector
- Focus on candidate database growth week on week, year on year
-Grow a candidate database though job adverts and CV searches
- Adhere to weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure relevant candidate attraction and minimum utilisation targets are hit
- Work closely with the Compliance Team to ensure 100% file compliance
- Write accurate and concise profiles of candidates registered
- manage a database of candidates and ensure you provide your team with a steady flow of candidates
We are really keen to speak with highly motivated candidates with an interest in Education. If you have prior experience of working in education recruitment great, and if not, we provide excellent training and support on the job. This role is pivotal to the success of the team. The must haves are; to be an excellent team player with the motivation and drive to forge yourself an outstanding career within a fantastic company.

Compensation:
