Part-time Caretaker

Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an experienced Caretaker looking for your next role in Doncaster? Tradewind are seeking a part-time Caretaker to start at a primary school in South Doncaster in September.

The school is based in a suburban area of South Doncaster in September. The school are a happy and caring school home to a friendly and supportive team of staff. They have extensive grounds with outdoor learning areas. The salary will range from £16,500-£19,500.

They are looking for an experienced Caretaker who will provide building and maintenance support throughout the school. The role is a part-time position, for 2 days a week each Thursday and Friday. It is a split shift role, working a total of 7 hours each day from 6.00am-9.30am and 2.30pm-6.00pm. The experience Caretaker will be responsible for open and closing the school. They will oversee all healthy and safety checks, manage a team of cleaners, and carry out general maintenance duties. Prior experience of PAT testing and Legionella testing is desirable.

Essential requirements:

Prior school Caretaker experience, health and safety training desirable, DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a DBS (police check), legal right to work in the UK
