About the School - Chemistry Teacher - Tower Hamlets, East London
Located in the vibrant east London borough of Tower Hamlets this excellent school has been providing local students with a high level of education and opportunity for the past 60 years. Due to expansion the school will now require a permanent Science Teacher from January who has a Chemistry specialism with the ability to teach through to A-Level. This is a 'Good' Ofsted School with excellent behaviour and students who are keen to achieve. Science is a popular choice at post-6 level and excellent results have been achieved at all key stages. The school offers its staff a great work/life balance and ongoing professional development which, when combined with the great environment means staff turnover is low.

Role requirements - Chemistry Teacher - Tower Hamlets, East London
*Must hold UK QTS - post is suitable for both experienced and newly qualified teachers with an excellent induction programme available.
*Must be confident and committed to teach Chemistry through to A-Level. Will also be required to teach KS3/4 general science.
*Will need to be able to manage classes at all key stages. Behaviour is good, but the incoming teacher will still need class presence.
*Team player who wants to grow and develop in the department. Excellent professional development and career progression opportunities available.
