Here at Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a college located in Hounslow in recruiting for a Classroom Assistant who are also known as a Student Support Assistant (SSA) for a September 2020 start.

Interested applicants must have must have experience working with secondary aged students with SEN needs.

As the successful Classroom Assistant (SSA) for this college in Hounslow, you will be supporting 13 - 18-year-old students with low learning ability. You will also be supporting students with ASD, ADHD and mild challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis.

This support role is a great way to hence your classroom experience and it will help you to understand different abilities and work with different experienced teachers! A positive and motivated Teaching Assistant would be an excellent addition to the school!

This role is available on a long-term supply starting in the new academic year September 2020 until the end of their academic year (June 2021) for the right candidate. Interested applicants must be able to communicate well with students and have a great knowledge in all subjects.

This is a full-time post Monday to Friday; total hour for the week will equate to (23 - 29 hours per week).

As the successful applicant you will be supported and guided by experienced teachers and support staff. This college holds daily meetings with you to help you prepare for the lessons throughout the day!
