*The Co-ordinator of Drama must have experience teaching in state secondary schools, not colleges.
*The teacher must be passionate about teaching Drama, be enthusiastic and hardworking.
*The Co-ordinator of Drama must be able to teach KS3 to KS5.
*The teacher will also need to lead within the department, so any previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
*The school will offer training and CPD.
*The right teacher must also hold QTS.
