Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a talented computer science teacher to join a successful oversubscribed grammar school in Trafford, south Manchester.
This is a full-time temporary teaching role from as soon as possible on a week-by-week supply teacher basis.
The Role
Teacher of Computer Science
Five days a week
Delivery of outstanding lessons in key stage 3 and OCR GCSE computer science.
Ability to teach Computer Science in the 6th form college would be very desirable.
A teacher with excellent knowledge of computer science, specifically the OCR GCSE is essential.
The school are interested in hearing from Early Career Teachers and experienced QTS Teachers or further education teachers with experience of teaching students aged 11 to 18.

Excellent facilities for teaching and learning.
Selective grammar school for boys aged 4 to 18.
Examination results place them amongst the highest achieving schools in the country.
Many students go on to study computer science in Russell Group universities.

- Hold QTS Status or QTLS
- The school are ideally seeking a teacher with experience of teaching in a good or outstanding school
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
- Provide a CV with 10 years of employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK with no restrictions
