Tradewind are currently looking for an experienced and qualified ICT/ Computer science specialist for an Outstanding Independent Girls school in Merton.

The role is a full time (Monday - Friday), long term position starting immediately and is to cover a short term cover teacher who has left unexpectedly.

Pay will be competitive and based on both experience and suitability.

This traditional, high acheiving school is in Merton, has excellent transport links and is considered to be one of the best schools in the country.

As a Computer Science teacher, you will be expected to..
*Plan, prepare and teach engaging (KS3-5) lessons across all abilities.
*Have good subject knowledge
*You will deliver dynamic, exciting lessons and have excellent differentiation skills.
*You will also have a positive approach to teaching and a proactive attitude.
*Good behaviour management skills would also be an advantage but rarely required at this school as the girls are a pleasure to teach.

*Legal right to work in the UK
*Hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification
*Subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, or overseas Police clearances (if applicable)
*Secondary school trained
*Excellent subject knowledge
