Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Cover Supervisor in Doncaster. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our client schools by supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher. This can be offered on a long-term, short-term or ADHOC basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups as directed by school management.
• Maintain a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and achievement.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school policies and procedures.
• Ensure all work set by the absent teacher is completed and assist students with any questions or concerns.
• Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall educational objectives of the school.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• A passion for education and making a positive impact on young people's lives.
