Entry-Level Education Role - Cover Supervisor (Open to Graduates!)

As a Classroom Facilitator, you will step into secondary schools, taking charge of lessons and ensuring students actively engage in their learning while adhering to school policies. This opportunity provides invaluable insights into the teaching profession, a firsthand glimpse into the typical school day, and the chance to accumulate meaningful teaching experience.

We are currently seeking both graduates and individuals with prior experience to join us as Classroom Facilitators in the High Wycombe area. This role offers flexible working arrangements on an ad-hoc basis. By joining us, you'll contribute to creating a supportive learning environment for students, infusing flexibility into their educational experience. Your responsibilities will involve implementing pre-assigned lesson plans with confidence and utilising strong English language skills to make a positive impact on the next generation.

*** Competitive daily compensation ranging from £91 to £125 based on experience

*** Possession of a driver's license is a requirement due to school locations in and around High Wycombe

*** Classroom Facilitator role - responsible for guiding students aged 11-18 during lessons

*** Opportunities available at various schools in High Wycombe and the surrounding areas, with flexible scheduling based on your weekly availability

About the Role - Graduate Classroom Facilitator

Becoming a Classroom Facilitator serves as an excellent stepping stone into teaching before pursuing a PGCE qualification. In this role, you'll receive a daily timetable and lesson plan, with your primary responsibilities encompassing student behaviour management, facilitating their learning experiences, and ensuring adherence to school policies. You'll be assigned to 3-4 schools in your local area, either in High Wycombe or neighbouring towns. Work assignments will be based on your availability, with a maximum travel time of one hour expected. On occasion, early morning availability (0700 - 0730) may be required for last-minute bookings, as the nature of the job involves covering for absent or unavailable teachers.
