Cover Supervisor in Leighton Buzzard

As a Cover Supervisor at our school in Leighton Buzzard, you will be responsible for:

• Covering lessons in the absence of a teacher, ensuring that students are engaged and making progress in their learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment for students.
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and resources, ensuring that students are able to achieve their learning objectives.
• Supporting the school's values and ethos, and promoting a culture of excellence and achievement amongst students.
• Building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, and providing feedback on student progress and behaviour.
