Tradewind Recruitment are working with a number of inspirational Secondary Schools located in Luton who are looking for enthusiastic Cover supervisors to support their schools.
The Schools -
Located throughout Luton, we are working with a variety of academies and schools who are looking to improve grades and outcomes for their pupils by employing able and enthusiastic cover supervisors to support at key stages 3 and 4. These forward thinking schools offer the very best continuous staff support, guidance and the opportunity to train for the following year through either a salaried or non-salaried School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme. For graduates, the experience gained at these schools will help support anyone considering teaching or a career in education going forward!
The successful candidates will either have Cover Supervisor or Higher Level Teaching Experience, or a strong academic background. Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for education are integral regardless of experience.
School hours are usually 8:30-3:30 daily and you could be requested to assist with department meetings or extra curricular activities after school. It is a fully committed rewarding role for the successful applicants.
