We work closely with schools to ensure they have the best possible staff to support their students' learning and well-being. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education in local schools. You will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of their regular teachers, ensuring they stay on task and follow pre-set work. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact on young learner's lives. If you have come from a coaching, support worker and student background we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students and maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
• Ensure students complete pre-set work left by absent teachers.
• Manage classroom behaviour and address any issues that may arise.
• Support the learning and development of students.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and school management to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma (A-levels or higher education qualifications are a plus).
• Previous experience working with children or young adults is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
