Position Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity in the classroom when teachers are absent. Your duties will include:

1. Supervising and managing the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
2. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students stay on task.
3. Managing behaviour effectively and fostering a positive learning environment.
4. Providing support to students with their learning and answering questions as needed.
5. Liaising with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure smooth operation of the school day.
