** Bushey, Hertfordshire - £80 to £140 per day based on experience

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of an inclusive Hertfordshire Secondary academy. Offering work on both a part and full time basis, this role will suit Cover Supervisors with experience of working with SEMH or other SEN pupils and offers ongoing contracts for full and part time staff.

This diverse and welcoming Academy are committed to ensuring all pupils benefit from their right to an education. With a new SLT structure this modern academy are looking for engaging and pragmatic cover supervisors, teaching assistants and cover supervisors to work on a variety of roles including part time, short term and longer term to permanent assignments.

As a member of this inclusive support team you will be responsible for:

** Delivering targeted and structured lesson's to various classes and groups of pupils
** Assess, track, and report on pupil attainment and personal development
** Support all students in various lessons and exam preparation
** Establish positive relationships with parents and carers
***Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for applicants who:
* Have experience of working alongside pupils or young people with SEMH or SEN requirements * Have an engaging classroom presence
* Be able to create a motivated, energetic and fun learning environment!
* Have excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
