Tradewind Recruitment is currently hiring for both daily and long-term Cover Supervisors to work in a variety of Solihull secondary schools from September. The daily pay rates will range between £80-109 per day, depending on the school and your experience.
Our partner schools, located within a 2-5 mile radius of your location, are highly regarded and offer on-site parking and excellent public transport links from Birmingham and surrounding areas.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in various subjects, ensuring smooth access to the curriculum and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Essential qualifications and qualities for these Cover Supervisor roles:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
- Previous experience working with students aged 11-16.
- Interest in sports and ideally experience mentoring or coaching under 16-year-olds.
- Positive attitude and passion for working in education.
- Confidence in managing behavior within a classroom setting.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to work with students of different abilities.
