Tradewind pay the highest cover supervisor daily rates in the market £65 - £90 per day dependant on your experience.

If you live in the Great Barr, Erdington, Small Heath, Tile Cross or Chelmsley Wood areas you are in a great commuting distance to drive or catch public transport to many of our secondary schools who are seeking additional cover supervisor support.

The essentials:
To join us and be successful in this Cover Supervisor role you will need to:
*Have minimum qualifications of 5 GCSE passes at C Grade or above, including Maths and English.
*Have previous experience working with 11-16 year old's
*Have a positive attitude and desire to work in education
*Have confidence managing behaviour within a classroom setting
*Be a passionate and hard-working individual, with the capacity to work with a variety of ability students.

You will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4, helping them to access the curriculum and avoiding disruption to others in the classroom. This well-established Birmingham secondary school is easily accessible via train, car or bus. The school has a brilliant team of both teachers and support staff, and SLT are present and supportive.
