A dynamic private nursery based in the in the London borough of Enfield would like to appoint a Deputy manager to join their team and manage 9 other members of the team!

The nursery is committed to interactive, creative, and positive learning for children.

To apply for this role, you must have a passion for early years education and demonstrate excellent working knowledge of the early years foundation. We are looking for candidates who have initiative, enthusiasm and positive energy!

The nursery manager is also willing to train someone up who has excellent experience and enthusiasm for the role so please get in contact if you are an experience room leader who feels ready for management.

The hours can be flexible but must work a minimum 25 hours over 4/5 days.

Salary is competitive

The role will involve:

*Taking the lead on teaching and learning
*Planning and observations
*Some performance management responsibility
*Manage 9 other members of the staffing team

This role requires a dynamic, enthusiastic Deputy manager who will fit into this friendly team and will bring their knowledge and enthusiasm for earl years on board!

To be considered for the Deputy nursery manager you must;

*Have recent experience working in Nursery school
*Have an early years qualification, degree, Level 3 or NNEB
*Be a team player - this role requires someone who works well with others
*Demonstrate commitment, dedication and resilience in your previous childcare work
*Ideally you will be local to the borough of Enfield
