Tradewind are currently seeking to appoint a strong teacher of DT for an Independent Boys school in Surrey (on the border of West London).

The role is a full time, long term position starting as soon as possible and the pay will reflect your experience and suitability for the role..

This excellent independent school is in surrey on the border of West London (short train ride from Clapham Junction), has excellent transport links and parking on site.

Design and Technology is central to STEM development within the school. They're seeking to appoint an inspirational Design and Technology teacher with experience of teaching across key stages 3 and 4. The ability to teach key stage 5 is also desirable.
Teaching lower years Computing is also part of the requirement.
This superbly resourced and extremely popular department offers a broad range of design and technology skills and processes.
The successful candidate will be very well supported by colleagues and a full time technician. As well as detailed schemes of work. DT is taught o A level with small size classes and a modern, purpose built, well-resourced facility.
We are looking for a teacher to help support a growing department. Specialisms in the following areas would be beneficial; CAD/CAM, graphic design, ICT or manufacturing.
Your contribution to extracurricular activities will also be essential to the post.
