Tradewind Recruitment are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and committed teacher of Design Technology/Graphics to join a small team of creative and friendly staff in the department to teach across the full age and ability range.

This is a school for Roman Catholic boys aged 11-19. They are a voluntary aided school, proud of its Catholic tradition and privileged to be the oldest surviving foundation of its kind in the Archdiocese of Westminster

Good effective leader management is leading this school into the right direction. The behaviour within the school is good but teaching quality requires improvement which is where you come in to this process, a very good time to joins a lovely school on this new venture. The new senior leaders and members of the interim executive board have a clear understanding of the school's strengths and weaknesses. They are taking decisive action to secure improvements in all aspects of the school's work. Their actions are leading to more effective middle leadership, and to improving teaching, learning and assessment

* Plan, resource and deliver lessons and sequences of lessons to the highest standard, thereby ensuring meaningful learning takes place and pupils make rapid and sustained progress
* Develop one's own teaching practice to a level of advanced proficiency
* Fully implement all routines and techniques for creating a culture of high expectations
* Contribute to the enrichment, extra-curricular and raising aspirations programmes
* Provide daily pastoral tutoring to a cohort of pupils
