*The School is open to seeing a DT Teacher with any level of experience and is confident they can support and develop a teacher at any stage of their career.
*A DT Teacher who has strong subject knowledge in both Graphics and Product Design is essential as is the desire to see all students surpass their highest expectations.
*The school has few behaviour issues but the ability to safely manage a class of 30 passionate students will also be required.
*This school is well known for promoting staff based on performance so being an ambitious teacher who is keen to push their career on would be best fit.
