About the School - DT Teacher - Ealing, West London

Located in West London and a short journey from the underground station (Central line) this school has been recently awarded an 'Outstanding' grade from Ofsted. The school have an intake of 1500 pupils, is popular with local parents and is over-subscribed on a yearly basis. It is very popular with teachers and many have been there for several years and staff turnover is low. The department is led by an excellent HOD who was an NQT with the school so has a strong understanding of the pupils needs. From September, the school is keen to appoint a DT Teacher who has a specialism in Graphics and Resistant Materials to enhance the current team as this subject continues to attract increasingly more students at both GCSE and A-Level.
