Tradewind Recruitment are working with an Ofsted rated Outstanding Secondary School in Brent who are looking to appoint an EAL Teaching Assistant this January. This is a full time position that will run until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

This EAL Teaching Assistant position will see the successful candidate supporting key students who have English as a second or additional language. You will provide In-class support as well as planning bespoke interventions to raise attainment levels in students and help them to reach their academic goals. You will need to be patient, persistent and encouraging with a warm and nurturing personality to succeed in this position.

The successful candidate will be experienced in supporting EAL students, or have a recent CELTA, TESOL or TEFL qualification which they are seeking to put to use. A positive, encouraging and motivating personality is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Serviced by the Jubilee and local buses, this school is easily accessible from North, West and Central London.
