Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a Secondary School in Enfield to recruit an EAL Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday term time only) on a long term temporary basis to continue until the end of the academic year (July 2019)

As Teaching Assistant, you will be providing Outstanding support to pupils with students across KS3 - KS4 with English as a second language. You will be supporting these students with their literacy skills, providing both in-class support and 1:1 or small group booster sessions.

The successful candidate will be able to act upon their own initiative, will be enthusiastic, patient, and will possess strong pastoral skills in order to effectively mentor pupils and encourage their independence.

The school is located in Enfield with excellent access to Underground and bus networks.
