Are you an ECT looking to build experience across all areas of the primary school? A fantastic PPA cover opportunity awaits!

On behalf of my client school, I am looking for an enthusiastic ECT who is looking to gain experience across both KS1 and KS2 classes in the primary school. This PPA cover role requires very minimal planning and is an ideal next step for a graduate or ECT who wants full-time security without the heavy workload whilst you find your feet in the world of teaching! The role is to start ASAP until at least May with the possibility of an extension, and pays up to £125 per day based on your experience. It offers the chance to be part of a supportive school where you can thrive and embark on the next stage of your teaching pathway and is ideal for an ECT looking to build confidence in the primary setting!

What will the role involve?

As the PPA cover teacher, you will be tasked with supporting various classes across KS1 and KS2 delivering planning that is already set by the teacher. This allows you to purely focus on your teaching and deliver, behaviour management and building a great rapport with the children and removes the additional pressure of planning responsibilities. This is ideal for ECT's starting out and is a progressive role from graduating to taking over your very own class!
