As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be energetic, have a passion for working with children in the early years and have a broad and current knowledge of the Early Years curriculum. In addition to this you will also have the desire to start or enhance your career in education with a long-term placement that will last for at least one academic year. You will therefore have a commitment to a role for at least one full academic year.

Requirements for the Role: Early Years degree or equivalent Teaching Assistant certificate. At least 1 years' experience of working in the early years, enthusiasm, self-motivation and dedication to a long-term role

Rate of Pay and Working hours £75- £80 depending upon experience

To join Tradewind and be successful as an Early Years Educator Level III you will need to have:

*NVQ/Cache Level 3 or NNEB standard and be confident in all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Curriculum.
*You will be qualified to work in an Early Years setting with either a degree or a minimum of a level 3 qualification
*You must have the right to work in the UK
*Your CV must cover the last 10 Years of employment history
