Do you want to make a difference in the early learning experience of EYFS children?

As an Early Years Practitioner, your role involves nurturing the growth and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through interactive activities tailored to help them reach their developmental milestones. Working closely with individual students, you'll establish strong connections to establish a secure and supportive learning space conducive to their growth. With your dedication, you'll play a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for lifelong learning and the overall wellbeing of the students under your care.

***Early Years Practitioner - Level 3

***Modern purpose-built, 3 form entry, Primary School in Longstanton, Cambridgeshire

***September 2024 Start - EYFS (Pre School) support

***Term time only (Mon - Fri)

***£85 - £95 per day depending on experience

A contemporary, purpose-built primary school situated in Longstanton is seeking to expand its Early Years team. With a devoted Head Teacher and a supportive Senior Leadership Team, staff welfare is paramount. **Job Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with staff, participate in planning, and engage in professional development opportunities.
  • Assist in foundational skills and learning activities.
  • Ensure a safe and engaging environment alongside the lead teacher.
  • Provide tailored support to address diverse learning needs.
  • Track and report on student development.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • An Early Years Practitioner Qualification at Level 3.
  • Familiarity with the EYFS Curriculum.
  • Enthusiastic about igniting curiosity in young learners.
  • Able to remain resilient and adaptable in dynamic classroom environments.
  • Skilled in collaborative teamwork.
  • Proficient in safeguarding procedures.
