Would you like to work term time only in a primary school nursery?

A large primary school in the Chingford area of the London borough of Waltham Forest would like to appoint an early year's practitioner (EYP) to join their team! This role is to start ASAP on a long-term basis until at least July 2020.

The school is committed to interactive and positive learning for children. To apply for this EYP role, you must have a passion for early years education and demonstrate initiative within the classroom.

The early years practitioner role involves working closely with the hardworking and successful team to provide excellent teaching and contribute to the exciting learning environment. You will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum as well as a passion for early years education.

The as Early years practitioner (EYP) role will involve:

*Working alongside the EYFS team to prepare engaging, fun sessions for small groups of learners in the reception class
*You will support 13 key children
*Teach phonics - Letters and Sounds
*Maintaining special books
*Outdoor learning / messy play
*Communication with parents

This role requires a dynamic, enthusiastic early year's practitioner who can nurture and inspire children in their learning.

early year's practitioner, Waltham Forest roles are full time, 5 days week (term time only) and will be due to start in January 2020 to continue for the full academic year until July 2020, potentially longer if you get on well in the school.

To be considered for the EYP role you must;

*Have good experience working in Nursery or early years setting
*Have an early years qualification, degree, Level 3 or NNEB
*Be a team player - this role requires someone who works well with teachers, pupils and parents
*Demonstrate enthusiasm, a willingness to get involved with ideas and suggestions
*Demonstrate commitment, dedication and resilience in your previous childcare work
*Ideally you will be local to the borough of Waltham Forest
