Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a creative and passionate Early Years Teacher to join their successful and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and learning in an Early Years class. The role is due to start in September 2020 and will last for the full academic year with the view of a permanent contract the following year. Main pay scales available dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will be able to complete the following:



Provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment in which each student can reach their full potential
Use targeted teaching to make sure all students make fast and constant progress across all the curriculum
Have high aspirations and expectations on students in both behaviour and achievement
Encourage each child to be positive and self-motivated, taking responsibility for their own actions
Fit in with the diverse, inclusive curriculum which is balanced and differentiated to the needs of each student


The school is located in Harrow and Wealdstone with parking available and excellent public transport links.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Have full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications) and experience in a UK primary classroom
Have previous experience teaching in EYFS
Have a creative approach to teaching
Have the right to work in the UK.
