An Early Years Teaching Assistant with SEN experience is required for a Warrington Primary School.
This is a long-term and full-time Teaching Assistant position in the centre of the Warrington. The successful Teaching Assistant will be based in Reception and supporting a student with Autism on a one-to-one basis.
The student has limited speech and language, so would benefit from a Teaching Assistant who has experience using Picture Exchance Communication System (PECS) or Makaton.
What you need to apply:
- A Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification (desirable)
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
- Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references, covering the last 2 years, including your most recent education reference
- Have a full and complete 10-year career history
- Legal right to work in the UK
