Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a maintained Nursery School to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher to join their setting. The role is due to start in September 2020 with the view of permanent employment for the right candidate. The position is paying M1 to UPS3 dependent on experience.



The Nursery School operates the same as a mainstream primary school however they only teach Early Years Foundation Stage pupils. They have excellent indoor and outdoor learning facilities and resources and are well known in the local community for their inspiring environment. The school encourage excellent working relationships with local schools, parents, carers and other outside agencies to ensure pupils are well supported. Staff work very well with one another making the Nursery a calm and happy setting.



The successful will be passionate about working in Early Years, be able to analyse Early Years data and be confident planning lessons in Early Years.



The Nursery teacher must have the following requirements:

Have full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications)
Have excellent knowledge and understanding of working with young children within a sound pedagogical framework
Have a creative approach and a positive work ethic
Be able to engage positively with colleagues, children and parents
· Has an excitement and passion for Early Years and enthusiasm about teaching and learning
